What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Field Superintendent position at Amazing Explorers Academy?
AEA RealC LLC has the need for a Construction Field Superintendent.
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects
- Ensure safety
- Guarantee quality workmanship throughout the project duration.
- Monitor the performance of subcontractors and schedule
- Manage inventory / materials
- Comfortable communicating effectively with the client and conveying the appropriate information to the subcontractors and authorities
- Candidate will work closely with the developer / project manager to resolve any and all delays on material or scheduling.
Requirements :
Extensive proven construction knowledge is a requirement
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be self-motivated and value time management
Must be extremely proactive
Positive and proactive personality
Will work at sites full time and expected to be there
Travel is a must in Florida
Responsibilities
Visit multiple job sites daily.
Work with subcontractors to maintain schedule and monitor projects start to finish
Daily reports to developer / project manager
Schedule site inspections with applicable municipality
Qualifications
5-10 years' experience in construction management a must
Excellent speaking and writing skillsKnowledge of software and microsoft word a plus
