Responsibilities
- Transport clients to and from designated locations safely and efficiently.
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain communication with dispatch to stay updated on routes and appointments.
- Notify management of any vehicle maintenance needs or safety concerns.
- Assist passengers with secure loading and unloading of luggage and other items.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor at all times.
- Document mileage and fuel usage accurately for company records.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a transportation or logistics role.
- Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations in the area.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle and resolve conflicts or issues with professionalism.
- Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles for troubleshooting purposes.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
