About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and organizational skills. As a CDPAP Coordinator, you will be responsible for matching caregivers with clients based on their needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Match, assign, and schedule caregivers based on skill level, availability, and customer requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and compassion to new clients and their families.
- Receive and process incoming requests for new home care services.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Superior customer service and strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior administrative or office experience is strongly preferred.
- CDPAP and supervisor experience is a plus.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
