- Maintain Quota of Home Care patients
- Open NEW accounts on a constant basis
- Upkeep of old and stable accounts
- Knowledge up to date home care regulations
- Collection of paperwork
- Communication with families and patients
- Use of CRM
- Providing updates to their accounts
- Acting as a liaison between patient and Agency
- Working within agency structure
- Field work
- Being able to assist with assessments
- Being a team player
