Duties:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children in a safe and stimulating environment.
- Create and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans to promote child development.
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare space.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of all children in your care.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with other childcare providers to maintain a cohesive and supportive team environment.
Skills:
- Experience in caregiving, classroom management, behavior management, babysitting, or nannying.
- Ability to engage children in educational and recreational activities.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
