QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a CDA, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in early childhood education
- Must have a minimum of one year experience as a childcare teacher where you use a state approved pre-school curriculum and assessment tools aligned to the state standards.
- Must have proven classroom and behavioral management skills and be familiar with Keystone Stars
- Must clear all DHS required background check and reference checks
- Must have valid state Divers License or state issued photo ID
RERUIRED SKILLS
All staff must have the ability to lift at least 30 pounds, pivot quickly, be able to sit on the floor with children or in a chair to be on the children’s level and respond quickly to prevent injury.
