Looking for a management position with growth opportunities in the Beauty industry? Amazing Lash Studio is seeking a Sales Manager / Operations Manager to oversee sales and operations for an eyelash extension and eyebrow service studio. Contact us today!

Amazing Lash Studio Manager Benefits :

Full Time : 30-40 hours per week
Hourly : $14-$16 per hour starting depending on experience, with increases as studio goals are achieved
Sales commission per membership sold
Competitive bonus structure
Free lash services

Manager Qualifications :

Experience in management, including but not limited to roles as a Sales Assistant Manager and / or Operations Assistant Manager

Excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient manner ensuring smooth operations

Ability to implement structure, policies, and procedures

Customer service oriented

Strong problem-solving skills; ability to set expectations, goals, and delegate effectively

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with strong project management skills

Availability to work flexible days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Competent trainer and motivator

MindBody Software experience is a plus
