Job Summary
We are seeking a Lash Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing lash & brow services for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform lash extensions, Lash lifts, and brow lamination and facial waxing services in alignment with client expectations.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences, turning first-time clients into loyal members.
- Proactively upsell and cross-sell services and retail products.
- Take ownership of client consultations and ensure clear communication of service expectations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, keeping your workspace spotless at all times, and assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the studio.
- Ensure all services are completed within the allotted time frame and to studio standards.
- Contribute to a positive studio environment and team collaboration.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid Virginia Esthetician or Cosmetologist License.
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell services and products naturally.
- Professional appearance consistent with a high-end studio environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a client-first mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
