Amazing Lash Studio Manager Benefits :
Competitive Pay, Sales Commission and Manager Bonus Structure
Full Time : 35-40 hours per week
Hourly : $18-$20 per Hour (depending on your experience)
Retail Sales Bonus (tiered from 10%, 15% up to 20%)
Monthly Manager Bonus
5-Days Paid Time Off (PTO)

Manager Qualifications :
Experience in management, including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and / or general manager.
Excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations run smoothly.
Ability to implement structure, policies, and procedures.
Customer service oriented.
Strong problem-solving skills; ability to set expectations, goals, and delegate.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Must be able to work flexible days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Competent trainer and motivator.
MindBody Software experience a plus.
