Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Customer service and solution oriented
- Sales experience preferred
- Results oriented, metrics driven
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask, while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor
- Must be outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to engage positively and professionally in person and over the phone with customers
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
- Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
