Eyelash Technician / Lash Technician Responsibilities:
- Design specific eyelash treatments based on our unique styles and guest needs
- Perform professional eyelash extension sessions
- Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards as per state law and studio policies
- Promote and sell Amazing Lash Studio® service offerings and retail products
- Create an excellent guest experience with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Provide frequency recommendations and education on proper lash aftercare
- Generate new clientele through our referral program
- Attend and participate in required education and training with the Regional Lash Trainer
- Commit to consistently improving skills through professional development
