Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional lash extension services, including classic, hybrid, and volume lash applications.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their desired look and recommend the best service.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of clients during application.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workspaces.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in lash extensions.
• Offer additional services such as lash lifts, tints, and brow treatments
Requirements:
• Licensed esthetician or cosmetologist (as required by state)
• Experience in lash extensions (certification preferred, but willing to provide training for the right candidate).
• A keen eye for detail and precision.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for beauty.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Team player with a positive attitude
