Are you a visionary in the world of design? Amazing Listers, a top-tier Amazon marketing agency, is looking for a Creative Director to lead our design team in delivering exceptional product listings for Amazon sellers.

Your Role :
As Creative Director, you will :
Lead and direct our graphic design team, ensuring each project is visually compelling and strategically designed for conversion.
Provide clear creative direction to designers and project managers, outlining how to create standout Amazon main images, infographics, and lifestyle images.
Analyze each product’s unique selling points and competition to develop strong visual strategies.
Work closely with the project managers to ensure designers receive clear instructions, product images, and guidelines.
Oversee the execution of high-quality graphics that effectively showcase product benefits and features.
Maintain a consistent brand identity and messaging across all designs.
What We're Looking For :
Proven experience in creative direction, branding, or graphic design. Experience in Amazon or ecommerce is a plus, but not mandatory.
A strong understanding of visual storytelling, conversion-focused design, and consumer psychology.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with designers and project managers.
The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
