We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth
- Oversee day-to-day execution of digital marketing initiatives including social media, SEO, and email campaigns
- Conduct and analyze market research to inform strategy and positioning
- Manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Lead content creation efforts in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and generate reports on key metrics
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations, etc.) to ensure marketing objectives support overall business goals
- Stay updated on marketing trends and best practices, particularly within the healthcare industry
Qualifications
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Proficiency in SEO, social media marketing, and email campaign management
- Excellent skills in market research, competitive analysis, and data interpretation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
