Responsibilities:
- Oversee pharmacy operations, including prescription management
- Assist with patient communication regarding prescriptions, and refills
- Handle administrative tasks such as patient records, insurance verification, and billing support.
- Ensure compliance with medical and pharmacy regulations.
- Work closely with physicians, pharmacy, and healthcare staff to enhance efficiency and patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience in pharmacy administration, preferably with a background in medical office management.
- Knowledge of prescription processing and medication handling.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in medical software and electronic health records (EHR).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
