We're seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Per Diem Receptionist to add some extra sparkle to our growing team. If you have a passion for skincare, love working with people, and enjoy creating a positive atmosphere, then this job is perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm and friendly smile, making them feel comfortable and valued.
- Manage front desk duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records with exceptional attention to detail.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support our team of medical aesthetics professionals with back-office tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
- Participate in company events, such as open houses and promotional activities, spreading the joy of beautiful skin to all.
Requirements:
- Must be following & contribute to Amazing Skin Aesthetics on Instagtam, FB, & Tiktok
- Availability to work every other weekend and flexibility to join us for special company events, creating unforgettable experiences for our clients.
- Attentive, self-starter, and hard-working personality, always striving to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service.
- Preferred experience in a medical aesthetics office, understanding the importance of maintaining a professional, bubbly, and friendly environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Bonus points if you have previous back office experience, as it will be a valuable addition to your role.
