We’re seeking a Per Diem Receptionist to add some extra sparkle to Amazing Skin Aesthetics! If you love creating a welcoming environment, engaging with clients, and have experience with social media and marketing, this role is perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
✨ Greet and welcome clients with a warm, friendly smile, making them feel valued and comfortable.
✨ Manage front desk duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records with exceptional attention to detail.
✨ Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
✨ Support our team of medical aesthetics professionals with back-office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
✨ Help manage and contribute to Amazing Skin Aesthetics’ Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts by creating engaging content, responding to messages, and promoting services.
✨ Participate in company events, such as open houses and promotional activities, spreading the joy of beautiful skin to all!
Requirements:
✔️ Must follow & actively contribute to Amazing Skin Aesthetics’ Instagram, Facebook, & TikTok. Social media/marketing experience is a requirement.
✔️ Availability to work every other weekend and flexibility to assist with special company events.
✔️ Attentive, self-motivated, and hardworking personality with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
✔️ Preferred experience in a medical aesthetics office and a strong understanding of creating a professional yet fun atmosphere.
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
✔️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
✔️ Bonus: Previous back-office experience is a plus!
