What are the responsibilities and job description for the Investigative Manager, Counterfeit Crimes Unit position at Amazon.com Services LLC?
- 3 years of investigative or intelligence-related experience, including fraud investigations, cybercrime and cyber-enabled crime, open source collection, and/or intelligence operations.
We are looking for a talented investigator to execute Amazon’s external counterfeit enforcement efforts. You will play a key role in the identification, interpretation, transformation, and dissemination of information crucial to the protection of Amazon customers from counterfeiters and other bad actors and disrupt their activities.
Specific duties of this role include: information gathering; processing incoming information; determining the significance and reliability of incoming information to identify counterfeiters and other bad actors; collaborating with law enforcement agencies; and, working cross-functionally with other internal teams to ensure close coordination in Amazon’s fight against counterfeits. Some travel, domestic and international, may be required.
We are looking for someone with strong judgment who can think big about these efforts while delivering results to deter and prevent bad actors from attempting to sell inauthentic goods.
