This role will be focused on Ordering and Fulfilling spares at the Fulfillment centers and Data Centers from the vendors globally, while ensuring to meet Ordering and delivery SLAs, and on-time receipt of goods. To identify and lead process improvement projects in support of Data Center Operations team, Regional Planning teams, Strategy Planning and Demand Planning teams. Primary Responsibilities include: • Manage GENAI spares Ordering and Fulfilment end to end processes globally for Fulfillment Centers and Data Centers. • Engage with Vendors and Internal Stakeholders to address any issues associated to quotes, part setup, ordering, resolution, and critical information gathering regarding schedules, invoices, tracking info, etc. • Develop efficient processes/metrics for monitoring Ordering SLAs, Shipment Deliveries, Receipt of Spares to achieve on-time-receiving SLAs with Fulfillment Centers and Data Centers • Engage and influence external and internal stakeholders to drive and implement new processes to reduce receiving or shipment defects. • Flexible to accommodate working across different time zones, since it’s a global team • Having advanced MS Excel, MS-office and basic SQL is a must requirement. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $71,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $153,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
