You will drive the strategy and execution of partner onboarding processes, own payment enablement workflows, and collaborate with Product, Operations, and Finance teams to optimize our systems and processes. This position requires strong understanding of global payment systems, excellence in cross-functional collaboration, and robust analytical skills. The role directly influences ACL's ability to scale globally, managing thousands in payment transactions and the integration of key logistics partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry, knowledge of international flows, and familiarity with cloud products. The candidate will haves strong leadership capabilities, demonstrated through Amazon's Leadership Principles, and a proven track record of building and scaling operations teams. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $146,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $242,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
