Job Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment on overall strategic goals, standards, objectives and key results, and metrics for each planning cycle.
- Analyze business performance, including defining and tracking KPIs, issue identification and resolution in support of organizational goals.
- Create and manage key reports and mechanisms in support of the business units including end-customer reporting.
- Partner closely with human resources, talent acquisition, and finance on resource allocation and tracking the health, performance, and status of our organization and its portfolio.
- Drive operational optimization and efficiency- maintaining and improving all rhythm of business tools and processes.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,900 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,500 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
