The Senior Service Architect (IT Infrastructure) is a core member of the Services Pursuit team. The Senior Service Architect has a general knowledge of a particular area of Services (Workplace, Datacenter, Networking & Unified Communications or Cross-functional), such as delivery methodology, cost drivers, supporting / enabling technologies, etc. The Senior Service Architect is responsible for the assessment of customer requirements, development of service design, cost calculation, and non-complex pricing for Services solutions.
