Design and maintain in-house documentation that focuses on DevOps scenarios, use cases, and tasksDefine processes and policies for enabling community contributionsWrite or adapt small units of code and short automation scripts to support documentationTrack and prioritize feedback and improvements to documentationReconcile conflicting documentation priorities and deadlines with stakeholdersCommunicate ongoing documentation progress with stakeholdersBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5 years in a technical writing role5 years of experience writing for a developer or IT operations (DevOps) audience5 years of experience writing code or automation scripts as part of published documentation3 years of experience working on multiple documentation projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlinesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
