AWS HealthOmics specializes in providing a purpose-built service for Healthcare and Life Science industry clients to store, process, and analyze petabyte-scale genomic data (RNA / DNA / Proteins). Our work involves complex technical challenges, including data ingestion, genomic variant transformation, and platform management for bioinformatics workflows at scale.
As a vital member of our team, you'll have the chance to both lead and learn. You will design, develop, and operationalize our architectures, simplifying customer experiences and improving operational efficiency. This role presents opportunities to solve significant scale and reliability challenges while collaborating directly with Product Managers and other senior engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
At AWS HealthOmics, you will mentor and guide other software development engineers, fostering collaboration with Solution Architects and customers to bring forth new ideas.
