Our service is tailored for Healthcare and Life Sciences customers, enabling the storage, processing, and analysis of petabyte-scale genomic data.
In this role, you'll navigate complex core challenges, such as ingesting raw genomic sequence data, transforming genomics variant data, and facilitating bioinformatics workflows at scale. Collaborating with various open-source languages foundational to bioinformatics, you will play a crucial role in shaping our technology architecturally.
As a team member, you will lead the design, development, and operationalization of our architectures, infusing fresh insights into your work. You will be tasked with optimizing customer experiences and enhancing our operational efficiency while tackling scale and reliability problems. You will engage directly with Product Managers, senior SDEs, and Software Development Managers throughout the entire development lifecycle, from concept to operation.
This is an exceptional opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders and influence a growing organization. Mentoring and guiding fellow SDEs, you will also work alongside Solution Architects and customers to realize innovative ideas.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographical markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $151,300 / year in the lowest geographic market up to $261,500 / year in the highest geographic market, based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
