Senior UX Designer for No Code and Low Code Applications

The AWS No Code and Low Code Apps team is seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to help shape the future of low-code and no-code tools. Every day, developers use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to create groundbreaking applications, and we are committed to making this power accessible to all, regardless of their technical background.Key Responsibilities : Lead the complete design process to create delightful customer experiences for various features.Simplify and transform complex business processes into user-friendly interfaces.Contribute to a coherent design system that encompasses UI components, architecture, visual design, branding, and workflows.Create essential UX design artifacts, including user personas, journey maps, diagrams, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.Work closely with UX Researchers to establish robust voice of customer processes including market analysis, user feedback, usability testing, and UX metrics evaluation.Leverage business requirements and research to formulate use cases and high-level specifications.Collaborate with the Product team to advocate for customer needs during the requirements development phase.Present and advocate for design concepts to stakeholders, including the Design & Research Team, product owners, and executives.Mentor and guide junior members of the Design & Research team.A Day in Your Life : As a Senior UX Designer, you will drive innovation and ownership in your work. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100 to $211,600 per year, depending on market location and individual qualifications.
