Key Responsibilities :
- Foster a robust understanding of the systems architecture your team operates within while ensuring effective collaboration with the service teams responsible for product ownership.
- Stay engaged with intricate details to audit key technology decisions, recognizing risks, and evaluating the quality of the operational solutions devised by your engineering teams.
- Implement mechanisms to drive operational excellence and guarantee team adherence to policies regarding information security, data handling, and service level agreements.
- Be on call to support ADC regions, ensuring timely completion of the COE process during outages and implementing preventative measures to negate future occurrences.
- Oversee prioritization, planning, execution, and management of various build and development projects, including feature developments, service builds, technology migrations, and onboarding new tools.
- Lead the charge in closing functional gaps through architectural improvements and automation efforts to enhance the builder and customer experiences.
