Amazon Delivery Associate

Buzz Logistics is hiring delivery drivers for DLX8 Santa Ana, CA
Location: DLX8 - Santa Ana - 515 East Dyer Road, Santa Ana, CA
Compensation: Starting pay $16.50/hr benefits

General Responsibilities:

• The driver’s main objective is: Prompt, Safe, & Accurate Deliveries
• Follow all written and verbal instructions from supervisors to ensure the above-mentioned goal is always met
• Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road
• Always interact in a positive and a professional manner while delivering products to customers’ homes, retail stores, and business locations
• Apply solution-oriented approaches when faced with a customer inquiry, request, or concern
• Keep the customer informed of delivery progress/status to the best of one’s ability
• Use handheld technology to deliver customer packages, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles
• Sort and prepare delivery routes to assure customer satisfaction
• Ensure delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good operating condition at all times
• Assist in training other team members if need be
• Where appropriate, non-delivery tasks such as, sortation, may be needed at the Delivery Station
• Transmit clear and timely communication with the dispatcher
• Receive and understand communication from the dispatcher

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Be eligible to work in the U.S.A.
• Possess a valid California driver’s license
• Drug and alcohol screening test
• Be at at least 21 years of age or older
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Have great customer service skills
• Have a positive attitude and be a team player
