As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our business.
The Role:
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our Amazon DSP. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of packages to our customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and leading a team of delivery drivers and support staff.
- Implementing and optimizing operational processes to enhance efficiency.
- Monitoring and improving key performance metrics related to delivery operations and safety standards.
- Collaborating with the owner and Amazon to ensure compliance with operational standards and guidelines.
- Developing and implementing clear coaching mechanisms for drivers to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identifying and addressing operational challenges to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
Qualifications:To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience in either logistics, or operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Amazon delivery operations is a plus.
