What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fleet Maintenance Manager position at Amazon DSP?
KMA Delivery is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner. We deliver packages on Amazon's behalf in the Boston South Shore area.
We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to be responsible for the overall efficient management of delivery vehicle maintenance and the repair of fleet, maintenance, cleaning, and of facility. This position will work as part of a team with internal partners and external vendors to maximize the utility of the fleet and manage affiliated costs.
Key responsibilities include prioritizing repairs and operational demands to ensure safe, clean, and reliable vehicles that exceed Amazon standards for safety and appearance by coordinating the repair, preventive maintenance, cleaning, inspection, bodywork, and all related functions of vans and equipment.
We require three or more years of experience in automotive or trucking maintenance environment. Must have mechanical background.
