About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Perform light repairs and cosmetic maintenance on fleet vehicles.
- Replace light fixtures, side steps, and bulbs as needed.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure fleet reliability.
- Use Excel and fleet management software to track repairs, maintenance schedules, and compliance records.
- Communicate with vendors, repair shops, and service providers for parts and repairs.
- Maintain detailed logs of repairs and inspections per Michigan state regulations.
- Ensure vehicles comply with state and federal safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Basic mechanical knowledge with experience in light vehicle repairs.
- Familiarity with fleet management software and Excel.
