Job Overview:
We are seeking a Part-Time Fleet Facilitator to oversee fleet maintenance, compliance, and minor vehicle repairs for our Amazon delivery fleet. This role ensures all vehicles meet Amazon fleet health standards, remain road-ready, and comply with registration, licensing, and toll transponder requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate all fleet maintenance, repairs, and bodywork; follow up to ensure completion.
- Perform minor repairs, such as headlight and signal light replacements.
- Manage vehicle registration, license plates, and toll transponder compliance.
- Maintain fleet records, schedules, and compliance reports using basic computer skills (Excel, reports, scheduling software).
- Work some weekends as needed to ensure fleet availability.
Qualifications:
- Some vehicle maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Excel and report generation.
- Ability to work independently and maintain fleet compliance standards.
- Comfortable working 20-25 hours per week with some weekend availability.
