What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time HR Specialist position at Amazon DSP?
Key Responsibilities
- Reviews employee onboarding documents for accuracy
- Ensure Compliance of employees to all company policies
- Reviews all employee time cards and promptly reports to their manager
- Acts as back-up for payroll processing
- Supports the Manager with payroll related duties
- Maintains a strong system of discipline that is fair to all employees
- Handles employee engagement, wage garnishment documents, handles unemployment claims
- Other HR and company related duties as required
Good to have:
- Intermediate Excel Skills
- Payroll software experience (Paycom, Paychex and or ADP)
Must Have:
- Unparalleled Attention to detail
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to prioritize work
- Ability to work on their own
- Has been exposed to and enjoys working in a fast pace environment
- An exemplary record on delivering disciplinary action
