Class A CDL Driver Lead / Trainer for Amazon Freight Partner
Compensation : $30-32.00 per hour benefits
Location : Tractor yard is located in Sumner, WA. Regional route covering Washington, Oregon and Idaho.

As a Lead Driver at Wagner and Company Logistics, LLC, you will be at the forefront of our delivery operations, leading a team of dedicated drivers to deliver trailers efficiently and safely. You will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction. If you are a motivated and experienced driver with strong leadership skills, we invite you to join our team.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of drivers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Ensure the timely and safe delivery of Amazon trailers to their intended destinations.
- Monitor and optimize route planning to maximize delivery efficiency and minimize delays.
- Handle delivery disruptions and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain and enforce safety protocols, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
- Coordinate with our dispatch team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a strong work ethic and excellent customer service.
What you'll do :
Haul Amazon loads while training new drivers (no touch freight) using state of the art Amazon-branded equipment and technology , including brand new sleeper cabs!
Service one round-trip route (14 hour run, 10 hour break in sleeper cab, 14 hour run back home) . Must be flexible with work schedule (Day / Evening / Night shifts / Weekends)
