The Kuiper Customer Engagement Systems team owns all the software and services to manage a customer's life cycle. Our team owns developing the architecture, solutions & roadmap for managing the customer lifecycle for connectivity services; for example identity and account management, subscriber management services, user provisioning, billing and payments, customer and technical support tools, offer management tools, and customer metrics and analytics. As the Software Development Manager you will lead a team of engineers to solve these problems. Key job responsibilities -Aid in the design and delivery of Connectivity Components, Applications and Services. -Work with our peer teams and stakeholders to design suitable software systems and interfaces to fulfill the customer needs. -Develop a strategic plan for the growth of the team, both from a software services and organization perspective. -Hire & Develop a diverse team of software engineers. -Collaborate with your fellow team members to form a strong foundation for a software organization in Project Kuiper. -Help on-board and mentor new team members. The base pay for this position ranges from $166,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $287,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
