As a Salesforce Systems Engineer Manager in Kuiper’s Commercial Revenue Operations you will lead a team of highly skilled engineers and architects to define, design, architect and implement solutions including offer to contract, order to activate and filed service on the Salesforce platform. In this role you will require expertise in architecting, designing, implementation and maintenance of solutions using technologies such as Salesforce Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Vlocity, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Omniscript, Enterprise Sales Management (ESM), Order Management, Order Orchestration and APEX. You will work extensively with product managers, technical program managers, engineering managers and software engineers to define and develop technical solutions. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Key job responsibilities - Lead a team of skilled Salesforce Engineers, Architects and Administrators in operating and optimizing a global tech stack - Architect and maintain robust, scalable B2B ecommerce infrastructure - Drive operational excellence through monitoring, automation, and continuous service improvement - Oversee system reliability, capacity planning, and infrastructure lifecycle management - Champion incident management and resolution processes across multiple technology stacks - Lead implementation using technologies such as APEX, Salesforce CPQ, Vlocity, Omniscript, ESM, Order Management, Order Orchestration and APEX. - Deploy solutions using technologies DevOps and enterprise security best practices. - Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Monitor middleware performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations to maintain system efficiency and reliability. - Collaboration and Leadership: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership, guidance, and expertise to ensure successful integration projects. - Oversee and Mentor entry level and mid-level engineers. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $149,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $258,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. - Prior experience of working in large scale implementation in the telecommunications domain.
- Certified Salesforce Technical Architect or Salesforce Application Architect
