Key Responsibilities:

As a Cloud Contact Center Software Engineer on our team, you will be responsible for developing the next-generation contact center.

You will design and deliver scalable, resilient systems while maintaining a constant customer focus.

You will work closely with senior technical leaders within the team and across AWS to ensure the success of this project.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of professional software development experience.
• 2 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years of full software development life cycle experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
