We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects within our AWS Solutions organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement infrastructure risk reduction and mitigation solutions to drive business value and improve service performance with key infrastructure providers.
- Lead cross-organizational business reviews to foster collaboration and alignment across teams.
- Empower internal customer teams by facilitating issue resolution and ongoing performance improvement efforts.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of relevant provider/vendor onboarding and training experience.
- 5 years of technical infrastructure program management experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Lean/Six Sigma experience.
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
