Job Description
We are looking for a Strategic Cross-Functional Operations Manager to join our AWS Solutions organization. This role will be responsible for leading and executing strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects that drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs.
- Develop and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and quality.
- Build and maintain relationships with key infrastructure providers.
- Facilitate issue resolution and performance improvement efforts with internal customer teams.
- Design and implement infrastructure risk reduction and mitigation solutions.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Lead cross-functional business reviews with key infrastructure providers.
- Develop and implement infrastructure risk reduction and mitigation solutions.
- 5 years of relevant provider/vendor onboarding and training experience
- 5 years of technical infrastructure program management experience
