About the Role
We are seeking an Sr. Program Manager to own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects within our AWS Solutions organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-organizational business reviews with key infrastructure providers
- Develop and implement infrastructure risk reduction and mitigation solutions
- Identify and drive targeted improvement initiatives to raise service performance with specific providers
- Empower internal customer teams by facilitating issue resolution and ongoing performance improvement efforts
- Design and implement process improvements that deliver better experiences for internal customers and JWO 3rd party providers

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of relevant provider/vendor onboarding and training experience
- 5 years of physical retail experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Lean/Six Sigma experience
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
