Program Manager Job Summary
Join our team as a Program Manager to lead and execute strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects within our AWS Solutions organization. This role is responsible for owning and executing projects that drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and quality.
- Build and maintain relationships with key infrastructure providers.
- Facilitate issue resolution and performance improvement efforts with internal customer teams.
- Design and implement infrastructure risk reduction and mitigation solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of relevant provider/vendor onboarding and training experience, as well as technical infrastructure program management experience.
