Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to join our team at Amazon Stores. As a key member of our Operations Maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our automated packaging and distribution equipment.
Your responsibilities will include completing preventative maintenance routines, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues related to material handling equipment, and mentoring junior technicians. You will also have the opportunity to install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment, as well as contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About the Role:
- Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
- Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to material handling equipment.
- Maintain a positive working relationship across all of the Amazon Operations facility.
- Track and store department inventory.
