Job Overview
At Amazon Sortation Center Warehouse, we are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a warehouse associate. As a key member of our sortation center, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are sorted, scanned, and stacked on pallets efficiently.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive and sort inventory
- Get customer orders ready for delivery
- Use technology like scanners, computers, and handheld printers
Requirements
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English
Work Environment
Our sortation center is a fast-paced environment with moving machines, including order pickers, stand-up forklifts, turret trucks, and mobile carts. You will work at heights of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine and may be required to lift up to 49 pounds, stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
We provide a relaxed dress code and require comfortable, closed-toe shoes. Depending on the role or location, we offer a $110 Zappos gift code towards the purchase of shoes.
