The Critical Projects Implementation (CPI) team is a project management and execution team that manages construction activity within the operational data center spaces. The CPI team is tasked with critical infrastructure improvement projects to optimize utilization of space, power, and cooling within operation data centers around the globe. These activities are outside of the scope of standard construction delivery and regular preventative maintenance tasks. The Critical Projects Manager is responsible for managing the team that delivers infrastructure improvements and capacity at the lowest cost and highest quality, while providing a safe working environment and maintaining high availability.
As a CPI Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing information, processes and data controls to drive operational efficiency and strategy throughout the broader team. This will include developing operational metrics, headcount management, and driving implementation of new or improved scalable operational mechanisms to support growth, increase resource capacity, and reduce cycle time and cost. The successful candidate will have the ability to think strategically, act tactically, write effectively, and exercise critical thinking skills and strong business judgement. They must also be able to build strong cross-group working relationships, identify productive stakeholders, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and have a passion for operational excellence and delivering simple, effective solutions.

- Partner with business verticals to understand technical aspects of CPI programs
- Create and maintain tactical goals aligned with strategic objectives
- Draft high-level strategic documentation for executive communication.
- Oversee CAPEX and OPEX planning for CPI AMER
- Manage training, travel, and entertainment budgets
- Develop and implement tracking mechanisms for expenditure monitoring
- Create comprehensive financial planning documents for leadership review.
- Lead end-to-end resource planning, ensuring alignment between supply and demand
- Establish and track hiring targets
- Monitor attrition rates and new hire onboarding
- Produce weekly and monthly hiring reports
- Analyze and report on employee productivity metrics.
- Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Create and implement performance tracking mechanisms
- Lead employee experience initiatives
- Partner with leadership on retention, promotion, and career development programs
- Design and execute process improvement initiatives

Basic Qualifications
- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 3 years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
