Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Description

Are you a pragmatic leader who thrives on transforming ideas into reality with precision and purpose? Do you have a knack for cross-team coordination, simplifying the complex, and delivering reliable results? Are you eager for an opportunity to join a global team focused on driving value to our customers and Amazon Web Services (AWS)? AWS is seeking a customer-obsessed CX Coordinator to join the Private Pricing Programs and Experiences (3PX) team.

In this role, you will join a dynamic team to develop new products to drive innovation and automation in Private Pricing. The CX Coordinator, 3PX is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations. This role requires scoping and creating project plans, developing repeatable processes, creating and managing metrics, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks, and program and process changes. Through this work, you will play an instrumental role in building the Private Pricing Program brand, driving awareness and adoption, and increasing deal count and velocity.

The ideal candidate works independently, seeking guidance as needed. With a solid understanding of the business problems, tools, workflows, and the interdependencies that pertain to Private Pricing, you make connections and make sure the right people are part of the conversation. You solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks (before they become roadblocks). You oversee gaps between teams, processes and systems, helping teams reduce exposure to failure risks and effectively communicate impacts. You measure success by impact (vs. size of effort), and continuously inspect both approach and output to incrementally raise the bar over time.
