The Communications and Corporate Responsibility organization (CCR) is seeking a self-motivated, highly organized, and intuitive Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of AWS Communications.
Key job responsibilities
This role is responsible for coordinating and managing complex calendars across multiple time zones, arranging both international and domestic travel, and organizing events and meetings. Additionally, the role involves maximizing team efficiency and productivity, serving as a primary point of contact between team members and leadership, and fostering effective communication and collaboration. The Executive Assistant will partner with leaders, business partners, stakeholders, and Executive Assistants across the company to achieve key deliverables.
