Amazon is seeking a curious and self-motivated professional to support our Vice President, AWS Products Legal in Seattle, WA.
This role will report directly to the VP, AWS Products Legal and provide administrative and organizational support, including scheduling and calendar management, team meeting support, event planning, expense reconciliation, travel booking, and project-based initiatives. This role will be a partner to the VP in organizing and effectively operating the team.
The position requires great attention to detail, writing/proofreading proficiency, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, high judgment, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior leaders is important. You will demonstrate an ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.

The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
