These services include Amazon SageMaker, which is our flagship machine learning service, Amazon Bedrock, and Amazon Q, and this role offers the opportunity to work on cutting edge Generative AI and Machine Learning technologies.
Ideally, you have both a technical background that enables easy interaction with software developers and a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality technical documentation. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $96,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $195,800/year in our highest geographic market. Basic Qualifications
- Degree or certification in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience designing and producing content for a technical audience that include data scientists or business consumers of AI technologies
- Experience using content publishing tools to write, format, manage, and publish technical content on the web
- Ability to read and write basic example code in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, C#, or Go
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Background in machine learning or artificial intelligence
- Experience working with XML, markdown, or HTML
- Familiarity with using and following a style guide
- Experience designing, planning, and delivering content that meets the needs of a technical audience
- Experience working directly with teams of software engineers
