AWS RDS, Aurora-PostgreSQL/MySQL or other Open Source platforms.
You will focus on customer solutions such as high volume OLTP/OLAP environments, designing and deploying future state petabyte-scale data services and building and/or designing reference configurations to enable our customers and influence AWS RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB and other NoSQL databases adoption.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. - Provide automotive and manufacturing customers with deep technical expertise to advance AWS adoption across their operations, from factory floor to enterprise systems
- Partner with OEMs, suppliers, and manufacturing leaders to solve complex challenges in areas such as connected vehicles, smart manufacturing initiatives
- Collaborate with AWS specialist, sales, marketing, and product teams to develop innovative solutions for automotive and manufacturing customers' most challenging business problems
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to automotive and manufacturing executives, helping them navigate cloud transformation and digital innovation
- Lead architectural reviews and workshops focused on manufacturing-specific use cases, including predictive maintenance, quality control systems, and supply chain optimization
- Champion industry best practices through AWS blogs, whitepapers, and reference architectures specific to automotive and manufacturing solutions. Present at key industry events including AWS re:Invent, AWS Summit, and major manufacturing conferences
- Educate customers on AWS's value proposition for manufacturing workloads, ensuring solutions are optimized for production environments
- Provide feedback to AWS product teams on industry-specific requirements and act as primary point of contact for urgent customer issues in your technical specialty.

Basic Qualifications
- 8 years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- 3 years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- 10 years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
- 3 Years Experience with AIML technologies
- 5 years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
- Experience working with end user or developer communities
- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
- Experience in a technical role within a sales organization
- Experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS
