As a Sr. Technical Program Manager (TPM) in the Central Operations Repair team in the Data Center Community (DCC), your responsibilities will focus on driving software and automation initiatives and programs to enable operators to perform safe, secure, and efficient work on data center infrastructure while meeting business goals. Scope may also span multiple subject areas within the data center operations space. Programs require timely execution with the highest degrees of safety, security, performance, availability and reliability. They manage infrastructure projects that enable and optimize hardware repairs and remediations through engagements with (and not limited to): Data Center Operations (DCO), development teams, supply chain, and finance.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. - Ownership of highly visible, complex, cross-functional projects, including product definition, roadmap planning, resource planning and project execution of data center programs related to AWS infrastructure.

Basic Qualifications
- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5 years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline or equivalent industry experience
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
- Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, systems engineering
- Experience in using data analysis to drive data-driven decisions (e.g SQL, Excel, etc)
