This role is within a small, but critical team within the Global Connectivity Infrastructure Development organization. The team is building software solutions that drive increased velocity of the network acquisition and deployment processes. We must deploy and manage cloud infrastructure solutions that support these tools and we are developing new microservices that support our customers needs.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $116,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Basic Qualifications
- 2 years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 1 years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- 7 years of administrative experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems and hands-on systems engineering experience
- Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals (networking, storage, operating systems)
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C , C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby
- Experience with PowerShell (preferred), Python, Ruby, or Java
- Experience working in an Agile environment using the Scrum methodology
